Max’s Harvest was created from a vision of a few guys with simple beliefs and strong values.
We use meat from animals that were raised humanely and free of steroids, growth hormones & antibiotics. We use seafood caught or raised without damaging the ecosystem. We treat these products responsibly and prepare them simply.
Our chefs have forged bonds and created relationships with vegetable farmers from Delray, Boynton & Loxahatchee, as well as many other vegetable & fruit farmers throughout the state. We have sourced a cattle rancher in Clewiston who raises the Akaushi breed, a Wagyu cow from Japan. We have also located a pig farmer in Avon Park who raises Hereford pigs, a heritage breed of pork and another rancher from Deland that raises grass fed lamb.
Food tastes naturally delicious when grown with care, harvested at precisely the right moment and delivered to our kitchen directly from the source. Fresh ingredients are a delight to the senses and the essence of great cooking.
